SENPAI SHOWDOWN

BEFORE THE FIRST ROUND

Read the clue. Trust your memory.

Join a showdown

Open the game and choose Play showdown. A standard match has seven questions. For a private game, create a room under Friends and share its link or six-character code. The host can choose 7, 14 or 21 questions; everyone needs to be ready before the match starts.

Use the reading time

The question appears about two seconds before the answer buttons open. Read the requested category: a character, technique, studio or result in a named encounter. Once answers appear, choose one. On desktop, 1โ€“4 select the corresponding option. A correct answer scores points, with speed affecting the score. A locked choice can't be changed.

Look for the right kind of clue

Silhouette rounds use a character's outline. Timed-clue rounds reveal more information as the timer runs. Studio questions ask about the animation company for a named production; they don't ask for a manga creator or streaming service. A battle question refers to the encounter and objective stated, rather than a general power ranking. Questions can contain story spoilers.

Take a measured risk

Limit Break is available once per eligible match. The control's information button explains the scoring trade-off before you use it. The final round has a score multiplier. Cosmetics never alter either mechanic.

Review what you missed

Match results include your choice, the accepted answer and notes. Open the linked study page for more context, or practice the categories you missed. Use Report question when a clue is wrong or ambiguous; include a source when contacting support.

Come back on your terms

The Daily Seven is the same daily challenge for everyone, with one attempt per day. Friends and the ladder let you compare progress. Optional desktop chat works in the public lobby, friend rooms and between match questions. Posting pauses while a timed question is active. You can report posts, block players and leave chat closed.
