Game and purchase terms

Play for free

Matches, questions, ranked play and all 21 original avatars and their original colour options are free. Coins unlock additional avatar colour editions, cosmetic frames and effects. Purchases do not change scores, answer time or ranked Elo. Use respectful names. Desktop chat supports text messages, with no file uploads or links. Follow the chat rules; abusive posts can be removed and posting access can be restricted. You can report messages, block players and appeal a restriction through support.

Optional browser purchases

Where checkout is available, a coin pack is a single purchase of the exact coin amount and price shown. The Dojo Supporter Pack is a one-time purchase of the Dojo Supporter frame, Starlit Dojo aura, and removal of browser banners while the entitlement is valid. It is not a subscription. It does not remove optional mobile rewarded ads. Current coin packs are 500 for US$1.99, 1,500 for US$3.99, and 4,000 for US$8.99; Supporter costs US$4.99. The secure checkout shows your final total before payment. If checkout is unavailable, purchases cannot be made.

Payment and delivery

Stripe processes website payments. We do not receive card details. Coins or ownership are delivered to your game account after the server verifies a settled payment. Some payment methods take longer. A checkout redirect alone does not prove payment. Contact support if a completed purchase is missing; include the order reference shown in Shop and the payment receipt, never a recovery key or card details.

Protect your account

Browser accounts are identified by a private recovery key. Save it privately before purchasing. Anyone with that key can access the account. Use Shop to restore on another browser. Accounts and purchases are not merged automatically. Mobile store restoration remains separate. Clearing browser storage or deleting the game account can remove access; contact support for help. Do not share keys or put them in public messages.

Coins and cosmetics

Coins have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold or redeemed for cash. There is no cash prize or gambling. Earned and purchased coins spend in the same shop. Additional avatar editions are recoloured versions of original characters, previewed before unlocking. An unlocked edition remains available on that game account without renewal; deleting the account removes its unlocks. Refunding a coin pack adjusts its coin grant rather than silently removing previously unlocked avatar editions. Level requirements for other cosmetics still apply. Existing free cosmetics remain free. This is a license to use digital cosmetics in the game, not ownership of intellectual property.

Refunds and problems

Contact support for failed delivery, mistaken charges and refund requests. Your applicable consumer rights remain in effect; these terms do not exclude mandatory cancellation, refund or other legal rights. Refunded or disputed payments reverse the corresponding coins or entitlement. A proportional coin reversal rounds up to a whole coin. If reversed coins were already spent, your balance may be negative until new earned or purchased coins cover it; gameplay remains free. A resolved payment dispute may restore access. Keep receipts; do not send sensitive payment information.

Advertising

When configured, clearly marked sponsor banners may appear outside active matches. Optional Google AdSense banners require website approval, adult opt-in and the applicable consent checks described in our privacy policy. We request non-personalized Google ads with restricted data processing; non-personalized ads can still use cookies for delivery and reporting. You can keep Google ads off and continue playing. The Supporter Pack removes browser banners. We do not promise an advertiser's products, and there is no payment or game reward for clicking an advertisement.

Availability and deletion

Internet access is required. Service interruptions may occur. Deleting the account removes active game progress; limited transaction records are retained for accounting, dispute handling and duplicate-payment prevention, as explained in our privacy policy. Contact support before deletion if you need purchase assistance.
