Delete your account and data
Delete directly in the app
- Finish any active match.
- Open Locker and scroll to Account.
- Select Delete account, then confirm with the second tap.
Request deletion outside the app
Email an account deletion request
Send your request to samquansah@protonmail.com with the subject Senpai Showdown account deletion. Include your in-game display name and whether you still have access to the app. We will work with you to identify and verify the guest account before deleting it. Never send your guest account key, passwords or verification codes. If the device account key has been lost, ownership of a guest account may not be verifiable.
What is deleted
Your active game profile, display name, rank, coins, progress, unlocks, daily scores, question reports, reward tickets, friend code, friend requests, friendships, blocks and server billing association are deleted. Match-history records have your account association removed. Unlinked reward transaction records may be kept to prevent duplicate rewards. Hosting backups can retain an earlier copy for up to seven days under Render's snapshot schedule.
Deletion is permanent. The in-app action removes game-server data immediately. Email requests require ownership verification first. Apple, Google and RevenueCat records, if applicable to a future enabled purchase integration, follow their own retention rules; deleting a game account does not automatically delete those provider records. Contact support for help.
